A great night for English football last night was made all the more special by seeing the Eastbourne Dynamos name on Sponsor Boards around Wembley during the game. The main one being as Steve Gerrard scored England's second goal.

Tonight is when Eastbourne Dynamos will appear on the Advertising Hoardings around Wembley Stadium during the England v Croatia World Cup qualifier on, kick off at 8pm.
This is part of the FA's 11v11 recruitment campaign, which we featured here a few weeks ago.
Dynamos will be one of nine club's who will feature at random times during the game in a bid to find new players and increase participation in the men's game.
After seeing Saturday's game where a different set of teams appeared, we know what to look out for. The background is a bright green colour with white text.
Hopefully we will have pictures to put here tomorrow, and possible a video from tonight's ITV coverage.

Eastbourne Dynamos started off the new season with a creditable 2-2 draw against local rivals, Eastbourne Galaxy.
Dynamos twice took the lead in the first half, through a Neil Taylor penalty, then through Stephen Fletcher.
Dynamos were sporting their new Home Kit, which was worn for the first time last week against Willingdon Athletic. The kit is Sponsored by Gas Plus Ltd, who also sponsor the away kit. We would like to send our thanks to Gas Plus Limited who continue their support for the club.

The Club are proud to announce that Birchwood Group have continued their long association with the Eastbourne Dynamos by sponsoring the club for £250. This will go towards Advertising on this website, plus their name will be displayed on all Dream Team Forms and pages from now on.
The Club would like to thank Birchwood for their continued support, and the money will help towards paying for our Training Facilities.
We originally had Birchwood Ford on our Home Shirts, but since then, Birchwood have expanded to include more branches over the Sussex and include Renault, Mazda, Skoda and Suzuki.
The two Eastbourne Cup draws have been made which will see Dynamos face last year's Division 3 Champions, Hurst, in the Eastbourne FA Junior Cup on Saturday 10th October.
The following week sees Eastbourne face Winkney Seniors in the Eastbourne FA Challenge Cup in a replay of last years first round tie, in which Winkney won 2-1.

The FA will provide the Sussex FA with pictures hopefully that we can show after the game.
This is a great privileged for the club and massive exposure, which will hopefully benefit us.
Dynamos completed their pre-season with a 6-4 defeat against Old Town Athletic, followed by a 6-0 win over Willingdon AFC II.
Lewis Colegate scored a hat-trick with Neil Taylor getting the fourth in the defeat against Old Town.
Rossi Williams (2), Lewis Colegate (2), Neil Taylor and Wayne Taylor got the goals in the Dynamos victory over Willingdon yesterday.

Today is the start of the new season for Dynamos as they travel to Battle Baptists in their first pre-season friendly.
Numbers are a little light because of holidays and injuries, so the squad are just looking to get back into the swing of things and improve on fitness, while hopefully coming away with a respectable result.

The FA has launched a recruitment campaign to support men's grassroots 11-a-side football and to inspire young adult men to sign-up for a team near them for the upcoming season.
They have created a two minute film (above), which is supposed to captue the high's and lows of of our game. I thought it was interesting so have decided to share it with you guys as I am sure most of you can relate to something!

Eastbourne Dynamos pre-season schedule is now complete. First, Eastbourne face Battle Baptists away on the 15th, then they face Old Town Athletic at Old Town Rec, followed by Willingdon Athletic at the rec before they start their league campaign.
