Eastbourne Dynamos had a free weekend to take in the nice weather, and prepare themselves for the visit of Red Lion on Saturday, who managed to overcome Eastbourne Fishermens at the weekend.

Hurst and Cinque Ports kept up their battle for the title with both winning away from home, while Dynamos last opponents, Battle Rangers, lost on Penalties to Hollington United in the Cup.
