Eastbourne Dynamos were back in league action again this week as they face the visit to Benbow.

Injuries forced manager Gary Taylor had to make a few changes from last week, and also had to make an early change we Lloyd Taylor went off after not fully recovering from last week, using Dynamos only sub.

But although Dynamos suffered a rather lacklustre start to the game, they found themselves in the lead when Jamie Drummond latched onto a ball through the middle to slot past the keeper.

Eastbourne were still their own worst enemy by failing to claim the second ball and not tracking players allowed Benbow to play to their own tempo and always looked a threat.

Benbow equalised after the first effort bounced of the post and the Benbow player was first to react to the loose ball and he found the far corner of the net.

The half finished 1-1, with the home side enjoying more of the ball but failed to convert possession into chances.

The second half saw Benbow attack from the off, and Dynamos keeper Bell was forced into a couple of good saves.

But it was the visitors who took the lead again when Drummond managed to bring the ball down in the area and waltz his way round the defender and the keeper before finding the back of the net for his and Dynamos second of the game.

Benbow were then awarded a penalty when the benbow defender

Rodrigues then showed how he should respond following some good work down the left, his cross found Drummond at the back post, whose first attempt at goal he will want to forget, but his second found the far top hand corner to put Eastbourne back in the lead for the third time.

But it didn't take long for Benbow to draw level when they got behind the Dynamos defence before the players shot beat Bell and finished in the back of the net net.

Benbow then took the lead for the first time in the game when their striker scored when his shot went across goal and finished in the far corner.

Eastbourne started to play with a bit more conviction and tried to push for an equaliser, but time was running out and they looked venerable to a counter attack. Benbow were even reduced to 10 men when they midfielder was given a second yellow card for stopping Dynamos taking a quick free kick.

In the end Dynamos could not find a fourth goal and ended up losing their first game of the season.
